OUR STORY

The trajectory that started Dorym Mármores e Granitos began in 2008, when civil engineer Isidoro Barbiero, an established entrepreneur in the oil and gas sector, decided to expand his area of operation.

In 2009, Isidoro Barbiero founded Barbigran Mármores e Granitos in the city of Castelo (ES). After two years, the company expanded its operation and also started in the Rio-São Paulo axis market with the installation of the Taubaté (SP) unit.

In 2013, with the consolidation of activities in the region and with the recognition of professionals in the areas of engineering and architecture, the company acquired an area in the District of Quiririm, where it installed a production unit and a showroom.

In 2017, the company underwent a corporate restructuring, separating itself from the unit located in Espírito Santo, in which it currently maintains a strategic partnership, and started to be managed by the second generation of the family

With a focus on expanding operations in the domestic market and international market, Dorym Mármores e Granitos was born, a name inspired by "Dorinho", nickname of Isidoro Barbiero, founder of the company, who died in 2018.

As of 2018, the company implements a new project, investing in the expansion and acquisition of state-of-the-art equipment and repositioning itself in the market with the Dorym Mármores e Granitos brand.

In addition to expanding and investing in Brazil, the company is heading towards the internationalization of its activities with the opening of its first unit in the United States, in Orlando (FL).

In 2021, the company maintained its growth rate, opening a new service room and showroom in São José dos Campos (SP).
